This notice applies to the MedaNexa website, support and quote forms, account sign-in and optional analytics.

Support and quote forms may process your name, email, optional phone number, city, project type and message. Firebase Authentication may process account information such as email, user ID, name and profile photo during sign-in.

Information is used to answer requests, manage quote workflows, provide account sessions, prevent abuse and, only with your consent, measure website performance.

The site is delivered through Firebase Hosting. Form records use Cloud Firestore and account access uses Firebase Authentication. Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent. Google account services are used when you choose Google sign-in.

Theme, language and privacy choices may be stored in your browser. Essential preferences support site operation. Analytics does not start without an affirmative choice.

Request records are retained only as needed to follow up the request and meet applicable legal obligations. The web client cannot read, change or delete form records. No internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
